Here is some key pros to using a venue-finder (there are no cons):
- It's a big world out there and there are lots of hotels, venues, airlines and DMCs to choose from. We save you time by finding you those that fit the brief and know will impress your attendees.
- In most cases we offer a complimentary service. We gain an agency commission from the venue/hotel we book through. This doesn't effect the rates you receive.
- You benefit from utilising the contacts and relationships forged over many years of networking with suppliers. At Elite Event Connections we pride ourselves on these relationships and are always expanding these networks to give you, the client, an even wider scope.
- We negotiate on your behalf. If the rates are not quite within budget or you don't like the meeting room you've been offered, we're there to reach a more satisfactory agreement for you.
- We are 100% transparent. The rates we get are the rates you receive; no mark-ups here. Once the event is confirmed you sign the contract and run with it from there on in.
- We can hold dates for you whilst you make your decision and set up visits to venues in order for you to see what they offer before you sign the contract.
